    The vendor registration form for the Country Connections Spring Fair is now online! Join the Chestermere Agricultural Society on Friday evening for a movie on the Beach, Hot dogs, Marshmallows and Fireworks. Saturday will be a full day with Vendors, Children’s Games, Farmer’s Market, and many more Activities!

  • Country Fair Fall Supper & Dance

    Please join the Ag. Society and Chestermere Regional Community Association for a family fall supper and dance on September 9 from 5:00pm - midnight. ​ Join us for a roast beef fall supper and help us congratulate the Red Ribbon Grand Aggregate and trophy winners. Also find out which school will recieve the Most Entries Award. The charity pie auction will take place immediately following the awards.   • Make Sauerkraut and Butter Tarts

    Learn a Traditional Skill July 16th! Chestermere Ag Society Red Ribbon Committee presents a full day on learning a traditional skill! This year it is making sauerkraut and learning about fermenting and preserving all kinds of vegetables and fruits and making pastry and everyone’s favourites, butter tarts! The workshop is all day on Saturday July 16th, at will be held at The Waiting Room Café. Thanks to Parvin and Al for hosting. Lunch will be available at a small cost. Fermenting is taught by Tricia Green of Holy Kraut, and the tarts by some of the experts on the Red Ribbon Committee. There is a $15 fee this year to cover the cost of the fermenting equipment.

  • The Farmers' Market is Back!

    Looking for vendors who make it, bake it and grow it to join our Farmers' Market Family. Season Two will start off with a bang on Saturday, May 28 in conjunction with the AG society's Country Connections Spring Festival at Camp Chestermere. Thereafter, It will run EVERY Saturday until October 1 at the Library parking lot. 9:30 am - 2 pm. The more, the merrier!!
