About  the
RVC Ag Society

The Rocky View Chestermere Agricultural Society (RVCAS) was chartered in 1974 and is still actively servicing our community in many ways. Our goal is to encourage improvements in agriculture in order to enhance the quality of life for the people in our community.

We are doing so by developing educational programs, events, services and facilities based on the needs of our community. Our major events are the Family Fun Fair in the spring, Bulls on the Beach in July, the Chestermere Country Fair in September and That Winter Thing in December. We would love to see you all coming out and enjoying the festivities.

The RVCAS would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to volunteers and sponsors for their support and assistance during our events throughout the year.
Our Mission
Countryside Road

Our mission is to foster community engagement and support the well-being and growth of our community through a diverse range of agriculturally related programs and activities. We strive to create a welcoming and inclusive environment that encourages participation and involvement from all community members, including families, children, seniors, and minority groups. By offering exciting events such as fairs, bench shows, and rodeos, as well as educational workshops on skills preservation and beekeeping, we aim to promote lifelong learning, personal growth, and development. We are committed to the ideals of community engagement, and we are dedicated to making a positive impact on our community, one program at a time.
