The Chestermere Country Fair is the oldest ongoing annual event in Chestermere, held every year in September.

Featuring a parade, pancake breakfast, bull riding, harvest market, kids zone, mutton busting, and more.

$10.00 per child, adults/caregivers are free. Tickets sold at the gate only, or purchase an all-access multi-pass for four people prior to September 11 and save!

Red Ribbon (Bench) Competition

All 2021 Red Ribbon sections and classes are now available online for easy printing. Judging and How to Enter information is also available, as well as the children's colouring sheets. 

Bike Decorating Contest

Calling all children 12 years old and under! Decorate your bike, wagon or stroller and enter it in the Chestermere Country Fair Bike Decorating Contest. For more details and to register, please click here

Mutton Bustin'

Start time is approximately 3:00 pm. Registration is first-come, first-serve. Online registration forms are time-stamped and will be processed in the order that they are received.

Pancake Breakfast

The Chestermere Lions Club will be hosting their popular pancake breakfast again this year! Breakfast starts at 9:00 am. $2.00 minimum donation. 

Rabbit Show

The Southern Alberta Rabbit Breeders Association (SARBA) will be hosting an open rabbit show during the Country Fair.  

Bull Riders Canada Bull Riding

Several local gentlemen are putting fear aside and are ready to climb onto a bull all in the name of raising funds for charity!
